Hamish is a mining engineer with 40 years’ experience across mine development, corporate leadership and resources finance. In 2021 he co-founded Fetch Metals, where he is Managing Director. He led its A$52 million raise to acquire the White Range Copper Heap Leach Project.

Before Fetch, Hamish was Managing Director of Aeon Metals for nine years and led its acquisition of the Walford Creek Project. Earlier he was CEO of Aston Resources Limited. He started out in investment banking, holding senior roles in mining M&A and project finance at BNP Paribas, NM Rothschild & Sons, SG Hambros and Nesbitt Burns, where he helped raise more than $100 million.

Hamish holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
